HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEM(S)?

All transactions can be made securely online using Stripe.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can only be cancelled for a full refund if it has not been processed for shipping. Please email me at fatpupillustration@gmail.com immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Refunds will be processed, and it may take up to 6 working days for a refund to be processed.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, you will find your shipping country in the dropdown menu. If it's not listed there, unfortunately I do not post to your country. I am always updating the listed countries that I ship to, and your country may appear there in the future.

WHERE ARE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

I ship all orders from Dublin, the Republic of Ireland, with An Post. Please be aware that any customs charges/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and should be checked before purchasing.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YO OFFER?

All shipping from Ireland is completed with An Post, I offer both standard and registered post with An Post. Registered post needs to be signed-for on delivery and will require someone to be at the address for delivery. Any Items returned will be posted out again at the customer’s expense. Please contact me if you have not received your item within the set timeframe.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Everything we make is handmade and packaged by us, I ship items normally within 1-3 working days from order time. If there is any delay with processing your order, you will be emailed and informed. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, please allow adequate time. Deliveries within Ireland can normally take 2-4 working days. Orders shipping to the UK and Europe can take 3-10 working days and orders shipping to the rest of the world can normally take between 4-20 working days. Unfortunately, delays in the shipping process are completely out of my control, and even though I aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, there can be delays including weather, holidays, and postal strikes. MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED OR IS DAMAGED BEYOND USE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If any item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. This will allow me to investigate the issue. You will be asked to provide photographs of the damage and may be required to post the damaged items back. The cost of this postage will be covered once the items are returned. Once the issues have been investigated new items will be posted out.

Please check your postage address to make sure that your item is delivered. It is important that all details are corrected, any packages that are returned undelivered will be shipped out again at the customer’s cost.

CAN I RETURN AND EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

I don’t accept returns or exchanges for items that are delivered, if your item has not been shipped yet I will be able to exchange an item for another one if there was a mistake made. Please let me know if there are any issues with your order and I will do my best to help.

I HAVE PURCHASED MULTIPLE ITEMS WILL THEY BE SHIPPED IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?

To reduce packaging materials and the environmental costs, all items will be shipped together in one package. Packages over the size of an A5 print, may not be able to fit into a standard letterbox, please be aware of this as you may need to be home for delivery.

ARE PRINTS FRAMED?

All prints are sold unframed, at this moment in time we do not offer any framing services. For best framing results, please consider supporting a framer in your local area.

DO PRINTS COME BOARDERLESS?

All prints as standard are printed with a white boarder around all sides. If you would prefer your print borderless, there is a comment section during the purchase process, and you can comment borderless.

HOW ARE ITEMS DELIVERED?

I aim to get all items to you in the best possible condition. It is securely posted, by standard or registered post, depending on the customer’s choice, and is packaged in a cardboard box tube for A3 prints and a secure hardback envelope for A4, A5 prints and Stickers. All prints and stickers are packaged in protective clear sleeves and with a hard backing card.
